Rare first generation effect hat. Only sale within 8 months, this sale happened but a few hours ago. 1 sale is all that is needed to price this.
http://imgur.com/hPiFn6i - Sold for 2 buds + Bill's Hat (0.3 buds) + 6 keys (0.3 buds) = 2.6 buds + 144 cosmetics (Counting all at 1.66 ref each to balance out the price, as all hats range from 1.33-2 ref each. 239 ref/ 7.55 = 31.6 keys = 1.6 buds
1.66 x 144 = 239/7.55 ref = 31.6 keys = 1.6 buds.
2.6 + 1.6 buds = 4.2 buds

Still only a .2 difference, and it was payed in mixed. I don't think overpay applies so much there. Don't think it matters that much anyways, like with my stormy 13th hour little buddy suggestion awhile back, was .3 off and it passed.
