A burning shaman for 90 buds

PyroProtectMe has recently bought this hat that was recently unboxed by k bee <3, a hearts collector. It is extremely rare and will not be unboxed or traded in the foreseeable future.

It sold for a clean moon coffin and 30 buds, which is ~90 buds

if there is no proof of the kofin price just don't price the shaman, everyone now will start discussing random numbers on the price of it, also strife offered 105 pure(collecting) but yea I dont see a point on pricing the offer at 90 buds just because its ~~~~~~

The Coffin's price might not be usable: it's outdated by 3 months.

That's allowed, it just can't be OVER 3 months, but it is probably worth more now.

There are none on the market, so it's very hard to tell. A bp.tf price that's still relatively new when compared to some other price is probably the best bet. I think valuing it at 60 would be fair

Alot more most likely, Cloudy and Secret are generally neck and neck on other unusuals, if not more.

Well secret is 1 of 1 and moon is 1 of 4. So you cant compare them as usual.

He unboxed it from Crate #17. However, anything below 24 i think is 1st Gen effects so any really.

And with what can you back up your statement? Do you know what ppm paid to kwerty? The last known sale before that was kwertys purchase of ~60 pure.

not sure what the exact trade was, but it involved an af tc, which hasn't sold in ages iirc. probably would be extremely hard to update the coffin price

I would pay 60 any day of the week for a Moon Coffin Kit, SM asking 100 and Misty the same price, C Bubbles asking 75 and getting offers around there. How is moon 60 :/

It's because this site can only price hats based on sales. If one hits the market and sells then this site can update the price. Till then we are stuck with the silly price that's listed.

Its not worth that price. I don't see why other peoples 1:1 hats concern low tier traders to make up prices. The Coffin kit is out of date, last one sold was to a friend for a low price in pure. Feel free to find me one for sale and I will fix this silly backpack.tf price.

Agreed. There is valid concern about the value on the coffin and a legitimate offer of 105 pure. I think this should get a range of 90-105. That would likely cover any degree of uncertainty we have

While Strife is a trustworthy trader, he had 4 buds in his bp when he made the offer. When he gave the update he had 2 buds pure, so I don't think he really would have garnered 105 buds within the week.

He offered 200+ on the burning ke. I'm sure he has them in cash or in an alt.

I was hesitant to make a comment here for a few reasons, mainly I don't want to start a huge debate about what-is-worth-what and have that spiral out of control. But seems I can shed some light on some speculation or maybe my input can hold some value here. So I'll provide some straight facts and also give my honest input.

My offer to k bee <3 was private. What we discussed is private.

My personal moon coffin and what it is worth to me is 80+ buds. In my honest opinion, as for anyone elses moon coffin, 60 buds is a good deal.

I felt if he was willing to break his set I would have to make a premium offer. I paid my af tc, af beak, af phantom, plus 5 buds pure for Kwerty's moon coffin. My fair estimates for that trade is af tc 50, af beak 15, af phantom 10. So thats 75 in hats and plus the 5 pure. Kwerty took his time to assess my fair values of 80 for his moon coffin and naturally he agreed and made the trade.

My trade to k bee <3 was the moon coffin I aquired from kwerty, plus 30 buds pure, plus $300 USD in PayPal. So in this trade I paid 120 in mixed. Arguably 100-120 give or take depending on who you are and what you value what was traded.
