According to Roller's link, I presume he sold his AF Bonk Boy for:
green energy bonk boy (17.4) + sunbeams blighted beak (15) + 50 reserve #60 crates (according to Neymar "roughly 100 keys) + 3 pure buds = around 40~42 buds
Not sure if this is the exact sale or not but this is what he was offered by Neymar (the buyer of this BB)
BB was never priced before on backpack.tf and it sold pretty quickly with only one outstanding offer (RA bubble pipe + scorching kabuto + spellbound casemaker)... The offers he actually received were over a month ago (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17302702).
