Was selling for 18 keys 2 weeks ago. He says he sold for 24 in Unusuals but according to my conversation with Bartender (the buyer): http://puu.sh/8htKF.png he only sold it for a Circling Peace Sign Bloke's Bucket Hat (16.5 Keys, no overpay accounted for as Bartender says that Dibz offered the Fuka for his Blokes)

As we see above, there are only 3 on the current market and 2 of those 3 are selling below even the low end of the price range. The 2 sellers are selling for 16 and 17 keys. There was a seller who sold for 16, another that sold for a bud in Unusuals (19) and another that sold for 16.5 in Unusuals. Basically, there are sellers and a sold for 16 keys and the highest sold seen is the Flies napper's respite (19).
