Rare hat with a 9 month old price. Needs a bump.

I bought it for an Overclocked Exquisite Rack (rare)

I know the rack has an outdated price so I'm considering it worth 2 buds since it recently 1:1 with an Aces High Rack

You forgot the overpay factor :

The Blizzardy Cowl (3 month old price, not considered as outdated) is 2.1*0.9 = 1.9 buds, sale at 2.9

The Rack isn't outdated as well, but need the overpay factor so it makes 1.9 buds.

And I don't think the CS GO skins can be added in the price

As others have pointed out, the prices for your hats is outdated--we can't base new prices off old ones, and you can't just make up prices without a suggestion to back it up.
