I bought one of 16 keys http://i.imgur.com/OG4m2vX.png?1 which gives the low range, Traded it for a hat worth 19-20 keys http://i.imgur.com/obzedqy.png?1 I tried selling the steaming halogen for 20 keys for a while with no luck and someone is currently trying to sell for one 19 keys http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19354138 (unsold so far) which is why I'm giving it 19 as the high end, I cant find any other sales of this hat it
Since you technically have two sales, just use the low range as 16 keys, high range as the Ol Snaggletooth ( 19.5 * 0.9 = 17.5) and you have your range, since the B/O of the unsold one doesn't count as it's unsold.
Thanks, I only put unsold one up there to show that I did look for other sales and that the guy trying to sell for 19 keys hasn't sold yet

"Hats with an outdated price (>3 months old) are not valid proof."
You're going to need to make a suggestion/mini-suggestion for the Snaggle to prove its value
Snaggle offered 18 keys here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10252987
Perhaps something like 16-18 would have been better, but this is close
