Where does your low and high end come from?

You seem to have just assumed things sold for the B/O. Never assume anything sold for the B/O unless you have something to back up the claim. I also have no idea where you're getting this range from even with you B/O assumptions. First link didn't sell for that offer, the histories don't match up.
