          The only way to get it is by the mann co shop or trading which cost 2.50$ on the shop. Oh yeah read the rules before making a suggestion please.

                This is not how the site works. This is a price suggestion, not a trade request.

                Prices are not based on personal opinions, such as "ITS JUST GIFT WRAP WHY IS IT SO EXPENSIVE." I do agree with you in the sense that Gift Wrap is semi-overpriced, but that's just my personal opinion, and if I wanted to go about changing this, then I would have to spend some of my time gathering proof that the price on this website no longer reflects the actual market price.

                Iunno what else to say.
