yup, for non unusuals this is the case (although certain high end collectors (miscs, festives :?) act differently)

2 offers of a bud in the past week , since its a collector item i think 1 week its a good ammount of time for rare items like this , probably its worth more than this currency but its a good start.

You offered a bud on one of these, and didn't end up buying. Some other person also offered a bud, and the seller (for some reason) did not go through with the trade... Perhaps 1 bud should be in the price range?

Sales at 15, 15, ~1.1 and offers at 1 buds. Not sure where 17 keys is coming from. A range of 15-19 might work. Feel free to resuggest
