meh dead president team captain = 13.5buds, with overpay calculation is 12.15 buds. maybe want to raise your high end

It's 12.2 with overpay. You have to do the mid-range x 0.9. Mid range = 13.5. 13.5 x 0.9 = 12.15 which rounds is 12.2.

The bad thing is, both sales are for the same duped steaming hazmat proof: still in 2 backpacks - http://backpack.tf/item/1191332403 and http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198088939145 and http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561197973715057

In the end a higher price is necessary, when duped sells for more than stated price already - but if it is possible to raise the price only by using duped sales - is left to the admins.

I don't know if this contributes to the suggestion at all, but I sold my steaming hazmat to imontheinterweb less than a month ago.

Personally think the DP tc sale is an outlier, but I'm not opposed to reporting that sale as is. These are sales on the duped hat, but no clean one has sold in 6 months.
