where are you getting the price of the phantom? possibly a mini-suggestion is in order, just to support it.

He closed the trade a long time ago, he literally just sold. I'd guess that's why nobody's done it

I find it really sad that backpack.tf allows this.
I am pulling the "you need two sales" card. And there is an unpriced misc in the transaction.
I paid a unpriced hat for a reason, so others can't price my hat on a site it seems everyone uses. If it is out of date, I don't get 100 random adds from people "willing to pay buyout"
Also, never occurred to anyone that there are other means to get a transaction done then all buds/items? Maybe asking me what I paid would have been a good start, would not have told you. But at least then you would not have to make yourself look silly by making this inaccurate suggestion.
Rules state you only need 2 sales on new hats or new effects, and for pricing an unusual, so that card is completely invalid
I priced the phantom, I assume you'd rather get people adding you to pay 38 pure rather than 17?
You state on your profile that you do not accept random adds, and were offline at the time I made this suggestion, so it would have been inconvenient to check on a sale that seemed very straightforward (you did not pay a ridiculously low amount, nor did you offer on his trade, so I had to indication that other methods could have been used).
It's unlikely that you paid any alternative methods for this, my card I'm playing is that you're bluffing in order to prevent this suggestion from going through, and any admin would side with a straightforward accurate sale rather than you saying you paid other methods you'd rather not state after you have basically yelled to them you do not want this hat priced. If you give me the remainder of the sale to prevent this "inaccurate suggestion" from going through, Ill give ya a soda popper :P
I don't know what your problem is. We don't claim our unusual listings are accurate representations of the market. We just try to give people a general idea of the values of hats so that new traders don't get taken advantage of by experienced traders. And on high tiers we just try to report the sales as is a general curiosity for high end traders. Nothing else. Here a flat range of ~40 would have been fine as it would have been a close approximation to the value of the trade and certainly better than the current listing.
