I literally dug through all the outpost trades and this is the only proof I could find. Sometimes some hats are hard to price even when a lot of them exist. If you have further proof please comment below. I'll toss it in.

Probably should be 1-1.3 given the two b/os at 1, but I'll admit they are young or poorly bumped and may have recently reduced their price.
