Conclusio:

Only 2 sold within the last month: 1 for 14 keys, the other one for god knows how much (see invalid proof). There are 22 out there, 3 on outpost (one of those 3 is gifted). Because I have to get a range on that thing I was forced to take a deeper look at offers the hat got in the recent past (as suggested on http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/7-how-to-create-a-good-unusual-price-suggestion/)

The best offer was 19 keys one month ago. I will count that as an outliner because nobody got even close to that. The other ones were 12-13 keys.

My suggested range will be 12 keys on the low end (3 offers within the range) and 14 keys on the high end (because of the sell)

If you find additional proof/counterproof pls post below. :)

You can't use an offer as your low end.

pls tell me why. that is exactly what i asked for in the very end ^^

For example, if I were to offer a scrap on an unusual, would you put it as your low end?

i know what you mean, there is a big difference though! i have multible offers in my range, not just 1 outliner. (i have 1 outliner as well, and i marked it as that)

also, im sorry that i have to say this again, but please read the official guidline i posted (http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/7-how-to-create-a-good-unusual-price-suggestion/) and argue against what the admin said on this guidline. :)

It's spelled "outlier," not "outliner."

Offers are valid proof when raising, but not lowering.

If 3 buds was offered multiple times, rejected, and the hat sold for not much more, then perhaps 3 buds is a good low end to set it at."

but still, even on that one bear says:Low End: Set the low end no lower than commonly offered / traded values of a hat (see "What is a quicksell?" below).

Also mind you the 12 was REJECTED, meaning the owner deemed to to low which counters the low end.

1: agree, that one i sort of missed

2: i dont want to take outdated hats in my suggestions

3: the guy offering does not show up in the history

4: not sure what to think about that one.. guy asking to qs his boa, best pure offer he got is 4.2 pure.. not sure if i would value the beanie that was added to the 4 as 0.5
