Need two sales

I might be wrong be I think some higher tier unusuals haven't had to have two sales

Miami is NOT high tier, it's been crashing on alot of hats lately just like DP. Needs 2 sales.

Any chance of there being a "make sure you have two solds" message when putting up a suggestion for new hats? Would save us poor voters from having to spam it every time a suggestion like this pops up.

How much overpay would I have to calculate?

multiply mid range value by 0.9

(in this case do 10.8buds x 0.9
