So the high end for the billycock is based off of a buyout? Yeah, that's not how it works.

one sold for an aces anger, which is 4.3 after overpay, another for a knifestorm fuka which is 3.4, another for a duped vivid tossle. additionally the histories don't match for the cloud 9 tree. can you show me it in BigBoy's backpack? I believe he bought it for 3 pure or less as a quicksell.

aces anger is 3.6 - 4 buds, idk where you got 4.3 from... (also it was unpriced at the time of suggesting this, i came up with the value of it)

also, i looked at whittens' backpack for the item, and it appeared that he got the billycock THEN the tree, and i just went with that seeing as he was looking for C9 effects, it seemed more believable (however, there's the possibility that the billycock sold for the 3 pure as you stated and THEN he bought the C9 through other means in the same day) and this suggestion has already been proved wrong anyway, so yeah, i'm honestly not too worried now lol.

Took me a couple minutes, I honestly spent way more time writing this up then looking for the sale. The trade right after the one you linked was an Eerie Orbiting Tyrant (~3.7, 3 month old price so not outdated enough to reject entirely). Histories would suggest the two hats were traded and sure enough, put there as a nice outpost offer is the sale.

Your mini therefore should be 3.7-3.9 giving ~3.4 after overpay since I will agree that the 3 bud sale does seem to be a quicksold outlier.
