For your first link, you need to account for overpay, because the hat is being traded for another hat. Take the middle value (in this case, 15.5) and times that by 0.9. Should be 14 keys, which means your range should be a little wider.

To be clear, the first trade seems to have been outdoorsman + 1 key. But he never had his trade up on outpost and the outdoorsman has a really old price
