considering that its a very scarce hat due to the nature of Halloween unusuals surely the 11 bud trade should be taken into account? even if it is 3 months old it must have some relevance surely

I agree, if you're using two sales as proof but not including the second sale, then you're proof is only one sold

I would recommend waiting a month to see if the current owner puts it on outpost. If he does, then he'll probably sell it soon and you'd have 2 recent sales.

Hmm. This is on the borderline of both our "report a sale" grounds for an exception and for a sale to a collector. The guy who bought it rarely resells his hats, it seems. It looks like he bought it for keeps.
