I agree that it should be lowered, but that high end and low end has not been justified enough.

1. 5 months is too old. Anything over 3 months is invalid.

2. You can't assume they sold for their B/O's. Further research those sales and see through hat/inventory history what sold for what.

Those links you put didn't sell for their BOs. Peasant showed some of the actual trades. Also, the 5 month old sale can't be used because it is too old. I agree the price needs a drop, but the suggestion doesn't have necessary proof.
