Conclusion:

-I have no idea why 4 gets offered when there are sellers at 3, but i think those offers are retracted as the 3 buds 'qs's' would have been sold then.

-People are willing to do 3, unsuccessful

-High range will be taken from the 'old' suggestion => 4.1

-Low range will be taken from the unsuccessful seller(s) at 3+

=>New range: 3-4.1 Buds
