The sale was before the misc update. Stash was ~2 buds back then, clear outlier.

It got closed as the Stormy Rack was outdated. Seeing as there's only one Stormy Rack in the market and it's last sale was months ago I can't re-suggest. Although I did check the past suggestions for the links on the other Stormy Rack and again were all outdated.

Suggestion for Pot: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/53673e6d4dd7b8f3728b494d puts it at 4.8 though seller has another offer of Burning Fro (6.5 buds) [Offer Value: 5.8 buds] which puts it fairly close to high-end.

It's also close to the old price. Your low end is no longer based on anything. 5-5.5 might still be a good estimate (i.e. you can use this safely as a minisuggestion for the rack), but not enough for a whole suggestion, sorry.
