For this low tier item - 2days isn't that quick, but I'm gonna be neutral :) GL.
I dont think that buying a quicksell at 13 keys is enough to make the starting price go down 3 keys.
By the way, you can find the counterproof on my previously accepted suggestion for this (it's still relevant)

I think 13 is a quicksell. Range seems to be fine as is.
