Using the outdated prices gives 0.9, which is mid-range. Not gonna pop a mini-suggestion through for this, it's not strictly necessary to the proof as it doesn't establish a boundary.

Also, I'd like to call precedent from here ( http://backpack.tf/vote/id/534ec8be4dd7b8b96a8b47dd ) In that a B/O in the range of a suggestion in no obstacle to said suggestion passing. But, you're entitled to your opinion, I wasn't the one who downvoted you, jus' by the way :P
Why would you downvote when one bud is right in the middle of the range? That is the point of a range, the price can be anywhere in it, and the poster of this vote has proven that they sell between 16-22 keys.
The Mongolian: hands down, the most criminally underrated hat in the game. I feel it would be more wanted if there was an item that went well with it. Remember how much the Scotch Bonnet went up when the Hurt Locher came out?
Hmmm, even that didn't change the unusual prices on the Bonnet though, I fear the Mongol may be doomed to low-value forever.
