just a note guy who sold it is banned from op for like 1 year+ therefore I dont think a guy with rl offered and also it seems very low

Well but he is not banned on backpack.tf and possibly some other tf2 selling sites. He might have advertised it on backpack.tf listing or some other tf2 sites. We can't really be sure.
