yes,i have one,and i think it's time to give it a price.
The steaming one is 16-19 keys
and stormy storm ones is unusually higher then steaming ones.
proof: 1. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19088315(previous trade)got offers for dead president steel toe(16-18 keys) and got rejected immediately.(B/O 23 keys)
2.http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19088315 B/O 1bud or 15 keys(wtf?)
(got offer for 15 keys pure,nuts and bolts fastive tree~1.2buds)
(i don't know why is hasn't been sold yet,such nice offeres!)

You need to have actual solds, not just offers and speculation based off the value of similar effects.

I didn't make the suggestion, therefore what you are saying to me has no effect at all.
To the OP: wait around a little bit and bookmark some current trades on outpost and keep monitoring them to see when they are sold and then find out how much they sold for. This will most definitely help in the future.

As the other people have stated above. You need 2 actual sales proof to price an unusual for the first time.
As far as this goes "....The steaming one is 16-19 keys
and stormy storm ones is unusually higher then steaming ones..." that is not how prices are set. Just because the steaming is 16-19 and stormy storm usually is a higher effect isn't valid proof.
There are some unusuals that with the flies effect are worth more than stormy stormy and even some of the mid tier effects. Simply because of the hat the effect is on.
i see,but i got proofs,the seller is just not taking offeres,he asked for 15 keys and he got 15 keys offer but he didn't take it,and i don't know why! :(
your proof isn't valid, you have no solds
the seller got offer at this range,the seller just wasn't taking them,i don't know why,and the seller said '15 keys or 1 bud' which is also rediculous,but the offers worth this range

I understand your thinking here, I really do. But think of it this way, if I wanted to price something all I would have to do is comment on a bunch of outpost trades saying ill do it for blah blah price. That is why offers aren't enough. As far as B/Os they aren't valid proof unless there are many of them with the same B/O. As long as they are in reason.
If I were to have one of two unusual NNB Mongolians but my B/O was 100 buds and the other guys B/O was like 12 keys would that make the range 12 keys - 100 buds? No, because my B/O is a complete troll.

thanks a lot,but just forget about the B/O ,i don't care about that either,my point was the offers,there hasn't been a trade is only because the seller wasn't taking those good offers which i don't know why! :( but anyway,i will try to do this better next time
That is the thing though, the unusuals are priced based on what the owner of the item sells it for. Although they may be great offers it is not enough proof to price an unpriced unusual.
but why(sorry,i just want to know),people wants it for this price!is the seller who is rediculors for not taking the offers at 1.2buds!
