It may be duped, but it sold for more than 9. Duped burning cone + duped PE whoopee + ~1 bud. They may be duped, but that is assuredly >8.5

Would you warrant a range if I did research on the other duped hats?

I did some digging as well, and... other sales will require some work. I'm guessing this sale would be ~9-9.5 and a range of 8.5-9.5 would be reasonable. You probably need a mini for the cone and whoopee though
