(He has been preaching that Collector's Level since at least December. I stopped going through all his old trades at that point.)

I'd be interested in knowing if any others have hit outpost, but they probably won't suffice as proof. Any additional proof will be received with open arms and a re-suggestion will be done if needed.

Valuable? Yes that is hard to tell with one sale, but the rarity is where I will have to disagree with you. I've spent time scouring google looking for any other times it appeared on outpost and came up with nothing from this year. This is the only other time I found it ever listed on Outpost was here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15915056

I did not include it since the sale happened 5 months ago. Unless you know of some way to search for this item and sales for it that I don't know about, yes, it is that rare even if 425 exist.

Exactly, that's why we shouldn't base the price off of one sale. And by rarity I mean in existence. Sure it hardly pops up on Outpost, but I'm not going to say it's rare in general.
