You dont need to add anyone, just check bp history. I have 225 unusual suggs accepted and I've never had to add anybody

As has been pointed out, you need 2 sales for unpriced unusuals. While occasional exceptions are made for rare hats, it is clear that this hat doesn't need such an exception.
