The item definitely needs a bump since everyone I have seen buying it has been Market Flipping. And complaints about the Market use as supporting proof, please go here [ http://backpack.tf/vote/id/5337c3364dd7b8270c8b49e2 ] and come back if you still feel the need to complain.

tl;dr: 1 ref is what people list it for since that is the backpack price and backpack prices are always right. 1 ref can be found and flipped off the Community Market for profit.
