25 should be atleast in the range.

The tyrants and the 15 buds sell is also from the scammed one and it is the only one which got 15 bud sells.

Even if its not duped because steam dont helped the guy who got scammed to dupe it , its still not clean.

Just got offered a DBD neckwear + phos nickel if i add some sweets . 16:16 - That Guy: I can add the phosphorous Nickel to the neckwear if you add a small amount ( 10-15 keys in items ) , the last sell of the neckwear is : Neckwear + Blubbing antlers for a DP Veil + Phos Nickel .

Nickel is going for 5-6 , antlers 3-4 , veil 25-30 . So its neckwear + 3.5 = 27.5 + 5.5 , so the neckwear is about 27 after unusual overpay . It also got sold for a clean sparkle luger a bit ago.

So i really think there should be a 25-27 high range.

And the 2 15 bud sells of the lower range , look also pretty quicksell .

I think the Ghosts TC sell would be better for a low range.
