Since the most recent "suggestion" was by someone trying to manipulate the price(the same guy who eventually offered it to me)

That guy, I'll just throw some evidence down because this item has had no price for far too long. I wasn't shopping for this hat but it was offered as payment for my items.

He came to me to offer this hat for an emerald incinerator professional mackerel kit/festive strange holy mackerel and a strange gold specialized manndarin sheen gold scatter mk2. The minimum price on these is about 15 keys, which again shows he was willing to take far less than what he claimed the other day.

He eventually took someone elses offer, which was similar but in my opinion inferior.

You can figure out what his l'inspector sold for by looking at the backpack history on these two dates.

He sold it for a specialized gold mk1 scatter daffodil sheen, and a specialized mackerel daffodil, pistol daffodil, and a white gen double crosscomm.

No professionals, and all the worst sheens and very far below his claimed 1.8bud price. Item offer pricing could be lower, especially with kill streaks but I included some of the value in the suggestion.

There are 17 in existence, its just not rare or desirable enough to merit a high price. All the evidence points to a collapse in value and demand.

Personally I think it should be lower, its not a particularly attractive hat, but I leave my suggestion at where the proof allows.

But no visible bid was made. But the final price must be lower than the other 2 month old trade which had a mere 1 bud 4 key buy out.

Its a tough one because not many are sold, it seems they just disappear as item pay.

1 bud + 1 key in the "wanted" area doesn't mean they wanted 1 bud and 1 key. Usually means buds/keys/offers.

Its just an issue of logic, if the other older trade is 1 bud 4 keys as buy out, his sale must be lower if one is to assume the buyer is rational.

I'm not really seeing solid proof of 16 keys. The killstreak sale just isn't really reliable. You will need a solid sale at 16 to include it in your range
