      I searched outpost for the unusual, and put in all the b/os there without looking at your suggestion for the proof (even though I know some of these are in your suggestion too). I'm allowed to counter your suggestion with a price I find more accurate, not that I like more. Finally, I 'ignored' all one of your sales which is a outlier to the price I'm suggesting. Don't be so aggressive please.

        In my opinion, a good suggestion should show ALL evidence, especially sales. You could link it and explain afterwards that you're treating it as an outlier.

        Not including it because it doesn't fit your range makes it look like you're trying to hide evidence, and regardless of whether or not this is true,it makes me feel you're less confident in your range.

        Just a suggestion though, regardless of your choice, good luck.

            You shouldn't need an admin to tell you anything, you should strive to make this as good and as complete as possible. The admins have enough on their plate without teaching everyone how to make suggestions. But again, that's just how I see it. If you're gonna do something, might as well do it to the highest possible standard. Anyway, appreciate you adding the sold in.
