http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18865980 - added a key for a planets hetmans ~ 12 keys

I personally see this as the best suggestion for this... 10-12 is a perfect range... Sorry Queyh I really don't like precise ranges...

I had mine up for 10 keys for a bit and It did not sell very fast so I lowered it to 9...

    Upvoted.

    http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18662454 - Received pure offers of 10 and 10.4.

http://i.imgur.com/DLcukht.png - Proof of 10.5 mixed sale. Would be ~10.3 with item overpay applied.

I also rejected an offer of 10 pure on the first one on a trade server, although I have no way of proving this.

honestly i wouldn't put 10 in the range (cuz the mostly sold fairly quick) but i can't really magically put a 11-12 range out of nowhere

10-12 is decent, and far better than the other suggestion <.<

You could do 10.3 - 12 with concrete sales anchoring both ends or 10.4 - 12 with the pure offer I received as the low end. They're almost identical, and either would probable be a bit more accurate than 10 - 12.

          i don't like ranges like that :3

Accuracy > pretty ranges. I can suggest with it if you'd like.

it's just a guideline,10.3 is in 10-12. you can suggest if you want,i'm sticking with this one :P

No, 10.3 is not 10. I realize that it's just a suggested price, but there's no reason why it can't be as accurate as possible.

                  10.3 is not 10

but 10.3 is mentioned in the 10-12 range

Sure, 10.3 is between 10 and 12, but that's almost entirely irrelevant. With your current proof, you have no proof for your low end other than rejected offers, which aren't valid.

                      10.5 * 0.9 = 9.45

it was mixed,so i'll take the liberty of circling to 10 keys

That's not how item overpay works. 8 keys of the 10.5 was pure, so overpay only needs to be applied to the remaining 2.5 keys, making the sale worth ~10.3 keys.
