Im under the impression you can lower a price if its a "conservative bump" if you have sellers below bp.tf price.
you are lowering the high end from 4.8 to 4.. thats 0.8 .. thats not conservative ^^
also the only the 4 buds one is up for more than 2 weeks, the 3.5 ones are up for more than 1 week. thats not long enough to lower the price
its from 4 to 3.75, i think it is conservative
well, if you add it up like that it would be, but you have to look at the high and low end. also i just realised you are raising the low end, and you can defenitly not do that with bo only ;)

B/Os are only valid proof in two situations – as a guide to determine outliers at the high end and for lowering hat values on hats with already established values.
You can't use B/Os to raise the low end. Both ends has to go down in value
