Considering the 11.5 sale to be an outlier due to...

1. Sold using summer effects

2. Was traded to collector, may have overpaid to keep it.

3. Making a range of 4.8-11.5 seems a bit ridiculous.

The 2 sale rule applies to new hats/effects, this is not one.

Any reason why? Doesn't exactly help to just say you don't like it :P

a scammer history doesn't mean shit... the vast majority of unusuals have been owned by scammers. only duped/gifted matters.

Dupes on any unusual would be considered invalid evidence (unless it's used for raising a price). An exception might be made if the entire market consists entirely of dupes, but I'm pretty sure it's rare for that to happen.

Two sales are discrepant and both went pretty fast. Not much we can do here but wait for a third sale to identify the outlier. In reality, my guess is that they are both outliers and the value of this lies somewhere in between.
