B/Os alone can be used to lower a price but sales always help so try and find as many as you can. Offers don't mean much since someone can offer a scrap on a hat or 7 buds and then retract it, no offer is valid until a transaction takes place.

DP Little Buddy was offered on (and sold for) a Blizzardy Company Man (~1.9, no overpay since offered), Buddy owner added a key and a Veil so this is ~1.8
