Other than that, this is the only legit sale in a few months. Glasgow had been around for quite some time already. Its true that some ppl who say that they will never sell it always end up selling it, but there's none on the market right now. I don't see how is this different than the burning viewfinder suggestion: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/53251cd14dd7b834288b4568 .
So basically the 2 sale rule no longer exists, well, whatever floats your goat I guess.
Look, I believe most of us forgotten why the 2 sale rule was implemented in the first place.

- Two sales are required to establish a range on all new hats / hats with new effects.
- Unpriced hats with effects not including the ones listed above with only one sale in >3 months can be priced based on a single sale. It CANNOT be priced based on offers alone.
Everyone reads the 2 sale rule part, but no one seems to understand why the 2 sale rule was needed in the first place and everyone just go posting on suggestions using only 1 sale, saying things like "you need 2 sale, downvote". The glasgow is a new hat, fair enough. But glasgows had been out as an unusual for months, and there is still only 1 glasgow with peace sign effect out there. No other legit sales had taken place in more than 3 months (see original ID, it starts with a 22....).
Now, compare those stats with the likes of a terror-watt glasgow: http://backpack.tf/stats/Unusual/Glasgow%20Great%20Helm/Tradable/Craftable/56 . In the same period of time, 15 terror-watt glasgows had been unboxed compared to 1 peace sign glasgow. This is exactly why the 2 sale rule is needed for new effects, because there's just too many of them, with more getting unboxed as time goes by.
The 2 sale rule still exists, but I think its we should all know why it is needed, and not blindly follow it for all new hats.
sales to marked users aren't considered valid proof
