High end seems high
I hate that the high end is based on a sale > 1 month old. The TW ex was priced right before your sale: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/5336496a4cd7b8073f8b485e
And the value on that has dropped from 13 to 8.5 in 1 month. That should give you an idea about the validity of using a sale that old here. But as much as I hate doing it, I won't go against the community vote.
