This really doesnt make sense. you bought an item for 24 keys but want to make it 20? That's not concrete evidence.

Don't feel dumb, I probably should've linked the suggestion I was countering. It was closed before I was done typing I think.
And why did he add the 4 additional keys without you saying anything?

I'm fairly certain an unusual can be refreshed, it just isn't done much. I don't think we'll be seeing anymore sales for this hat for awhile based on how infrequently it appears on the market.
Well refreshing is made for unusuals only...
But if a someone paid more than the price right now, that means the price should change. Since Like you said, there won't be another sale in a while.
24 was originally suggested but however my b/o was 20, which means I can't value the sale over 20. It's stupid, but rules are rules.
