Recently, a Circling Heart Noh was bought for a Scorching Veil and a (duped) Scorching KE, which is in upwards of 80 in items.

Believe me: the hype for that item isn't dead just yet. If anything, it's stronger than ever (which explains why Scorching and Sunbeams are nearing 100).
