I have never seen this hat sell for anything below 2 buds.
Aces high is a mid tier effect.

Is it just me or there are no solds?
Downvote.
Oh, and by the way, that's not a mid-tier effect, Aces High is a low tier effect. Also, you own one.
Freerep.
In theory, owning an Item doesn't mean anything when making a price suggestion, while most of the time its obvious price manipulation but not always, be mind full of that.
Well, I tried to say he wanted to manipulate the market, since his proof isn't valid.
Why would you see the completed trades?, "Oh, and by the way owns one." - constructive

Read the rules and don't try to raise the value just for your own benefit.
By the way, this hat was recently suggested and accepted 5 hours ago.

I'm not trying to raise for my own benefit,
I have suggested a price that reflects what other people are selling for... Not me!
There must be at least a one month difference between the new price suggestion and the old one. The most recent one was accepted 5 hours ago...
Why wait when the current price is wrong?
Just a random example of people changing prices less than 1 month in between.

That is different. Read the unusual guidelines, not the item guidelines.
"I have never seen this hat sell for anything below 2 buds."
*puts price below 2 buds*
Is it just me, or is this just plain confusing?
Nevertheless, like other people have said, you require sales to rise a price. You however, have no sales, only sellers which aren't sufficient proof. I suggest reading the backpack.tf rules as well as using trade.tf to find sales to put legitimate prices on items.
I'm sorry, i'll clarify.
"I have never seen one for sale under the price of 2 buds."
As with the "no sales, only sellers", I have to agree. I based my vote on what people are asking for, not what people have sold for.
