Range seems really wide here.

It looks like the 1.1 sale is an outlier. Really that's a fairly complex sale that should be avoided since it involves multiple unusuals.

When almost every offer a hat gets is significantly higher than the low end, that's just too low. A few more sales would be helpful in identifying the range, but it looks like this is probably around ~1.5-1.8
