I don't think that offers count as evidence, but I may be wrong. I was offered 4 buds pure a few days ago and a Secret Festivizer (4.2*0.9=3.8) a week ago. Looks like the dude who offered the secret festivizer got a different burning festivizer. If these offers count as evidence, I will gladly resuggest this with a higher range.
