I try to stick to sales only when it comes to making ranges. Just because a hat got offered *this item* doesn't mean its range should be set to that. It's all up to the seller, and what they want.

Oh, and for the record, with the exception of the Moon Toe, all of the hats within those offers are outdated, so I'd have to do a lot of work before even thinking about what to do next.
