Just bought one of these babies now for an unusual harvest moon professional's panama, 10 keys pure and a black medic mask. If we add the pure onto the base value of my panama which is 4 buds, that becomes 4.5 buds. Some sellers want 4 buds as a bo.

it outrages me how this effect is lower than scorching...

It applies to pricing a new hat/effect, you HAVE to have two sales for those, but for already priced hats, even a single sale works fine if it's the only valid sale for a while.
