I guess the 18 keys are bp.tfs influence and I see no real higher offers, 15 keys is close enough to 14, if anyone finds more proof feel free to countersuggest, accepting this now.

I didn't set it at 12 because the others are at 14, so it only bolsters the other evidence for 14, I don't have enough to claim 12, you should know that.

He closed it instant, the 15 seller closed his trade.

18 seller also closed, and you even said he had a c/o at 15 - easy downvote.
