There should always be enough evidence to back up the new proposed value. However, it appears that the evidence is not strong enough, or cherry-picked in a way that does not represent the actual market value of the item. Therefore, this suggestion has been closed.

Insufficient proof of high end (only one sale), and insufficient proof of low end (only 2). While 1.33 is a fast sell, need more proof that it can easily sell for more

They're surprisingly not alot of these currently on the market.

This item was recently made a misc instead of hat, so there's been a bit of a demand for them.

I've been noticing 1.33 ref is really a quick sell price.
