The lower price range ~18 buds(link 2), upper price range ~20 buds(~link 1).

Well, the KAW KE sale is not unreasonable since its value of 25-26 was set very close to the time of this sale. And that was a solid suggestion based on sales and offers. Really, no overpay should be applied to any hat in that trade. Burning SNS should be ~4.2. So that sale is closer to 19.5 and a range of 18-19 might be better. But this is close enough.
