I have a feeling 3-4 would be a better range as quickly as this sells for 3. There seem to be offers topping out close to 4 plus that moon pith sale.

That Bubbling Executioner + 18 keys offer is a month old so not exactly recent and they bought an Orbiting Fire one instead http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18588191

I was a bit leery about including the Pith sale since that is an outdated price but I did a bit of digging on the clean one involved in the executioner sale and it's suggesting a drop in price, 3.9-4 to be specific. After applying overpay that would be ~3.6 and since it's likely the sale involved the executioner owner adding at least a key or two then this is equal to or less than my high end of 3.5 buds.
