Okay, some logic goes here.

Unique festivizer costs 1.66-2, so 1.83 ref on average.

Supposing that the person gets the chemistry set from drop for free, he needs 200 festivizers.

200*1.83 = 366 ref = 45.75 keys (1 key = 8 ref) = 2.5 buds (1 bud = 18 keys)

Even if he managed to buy all 200 festivizers for the low-end price (1.66 ref each), it will cost 41.5 keys = 2.3 buds to produce it.

I really doubt that someone will sell in future with minus profit.

1.6 is a quicksell. Even offered 2.5 can be considered as a quicksell since how fast the user got this offer.
