Pretty sure new Unusuals need two sales? I don't think a B/O counts as a sale.

First gen effect doesn't need 2 sales and im pretty sure you can set a low end with a b/o

A hat can be priced on 1 sale if all those 3 criteria are met. This is an old effect hat with no other easily identifiable trades, and it hasn't been resold in a month. It's not even on the market. For situations like these, we feel that it is better to price it now before that sale becomes too old to use
